Five apartments spread north and south of Olbia airport. In Porto Rotondo the beaches are reachable on foot in ten to fifteen minutes, or via free shuttle every twenty minutes. Porto San Paolo faces Tavolara, ten minutes by car from Porto Istana, Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo and La Cinta. Murta Maria is one and a half kilometres from Porto Istana and five minutes from Olbia.

Two apartments inside the medieval walls, minutes from the train station. Treviso, Padua, Vicenza and Venice are reachable by train; Asolo is twenty minutes by car. A central base for business stays and for exploring the North-East from a single point.
